What is the difference between Self-Service and the Digital Architect Partnership?
Self-Service is full access to our platform—you lead setup and day-to-day management. The Digital Architect Partnership is higher-touch: we function as your Digital Architect with custom onboarding and setup (flat $1,500), then ongoing management. Together we build a tailored plan—automations, integrations, and AI tools where they genuinely help—not a one-size-fits-all stack. Optional add-ons include AI Advertising (+$97/mo) and Business Automations (+$1,500 setup).
How does usage-based pricing work?
Your monthly platform fee stays predictable. When you use metered features—AI, SMS, voice, or similar—third-party costs are passed through at what we pay, so you only pay for what you use.

- Voice: outbound ~$0.028/min, inbound ~$0.017/min, AI processing ~$0.26/min

High-volume user? An optional Unlimited AI add-on (~$127/mo) can cover many AI usage charges—ask us what fits your account.
Are there long-term contracts?
No long-term lock-in on monthly services. Cancel with the notice period shown in your agreement (typically 30 days). We want you to stay because the results are worth it.
